• Here is an example of a tricky fabrication - we needed to complete a grid anode to conform to all the angles of the fan.
• If you need something complex, or easy, no problem, we can do it!

• Here is an example of some of the variety of the custom pieces that we manufacture - using stainless and lead grids
• We machined the two stainless steel end caps, then welded the stainless steel nut on one end to hold the piece in place.
• We then shaped the grid mat to the desired size and burned it together as well as the tabs for the connection

• These steel boxes are lined with 1/4" lead burned inside for radiation protection comes with 1/2" lid for total interlock protection.
• All lead boxes are made to our customers requirement and specifications.
• In this case Hydro required the boxes to be powder coated inside and out.

• These cast lead boxes, angle plates, and inspection covers are machined with our CNC mill to precise specifications of our customer,.
• The lead boxes have plus or minus 5 thou tolerances
• Each box has 16 threaded inserts to attach various pieces
• The customer requires two boxes one angle plate and to covers for each Digital Cardiac Camera
• All parts are powder coated by Total In-spec Powder Coating in Milton On.

• 40,000 pounds of tongue and grove lead bricks
• 4 different thicknesses from 1.2” – 3.6”
• Extruded to order for different wall locations
• Each skid marked for location and packaged for workers to start at the bottom row and work up to the top row with
• All rows in a staggered fashion to create the most stability for the walls
• This project was one part of a revamp for new equipment in a Hospital in Massachusetts.

• Custom made anode disks and stainless steel bolts, to hold sample parts in location for plating.

• These lead grids are rolled or extruded, they will give you a much longer plating life due to the fact of extrusion versus the old porous cast method, as well as consistent thickness throughout.
• Available in any combination of lead , tin and or antimony.
